maghouse is a day-care center
certified by Tokyo Metropolitan Government which opened in August 2001. What made me decide to open a daycare center
were: to accommodate needs of female professionals whom I met through my career
as a consultant and a reporter and who were attractive but single and did not
think they could maintain their professional lives being married and having
children; to offer safe and excellent services as accidents and mishaps at
non-certified daycare centers were reported frequently; and to offer child-friendly
and lively environment since I always wondered why Japanese children were not
as lively as children from other countries.
@I decided to make the best use of
our companyfs know-how in the field of communication and open a day-care center
where children can be cared and can have lively experience full of twinkling
moments. The maghouse I envisioned is where children are lively with twinkling
eyes. I am happy and proud that many support
us and have confidence in us with their children.
After having worked as a flight attendant for Japan Airlines (JAL) and at Cosmos International, Ms. Kubota established magnet International and is serving as its President and CEO. She loves to cook and enjoys interior designing. Through maghouse, she helps working mothers to
raise their children and combine their careers and living environment.
